However, many people just aren't interested in seriously considering the possibility of life throughout this vast universe. Some just don't see it as a necessary part of their world view. Just go to work & stay within the standard dictates of science or religion. Either the earth is the only living world in the universe or it was only necessary to create on living world in the cosmos.

Interesting how both perspectives in effect, can cause many to not even seriously think of life being on other worlds in this ancient universe. Just move along through your life, there isn't much to think about here, so there is no need to ask the big questions.
