The ESB & the CB are the two tallest towers at the New_York-New_York_Hotel_and_Casino This hotel opened in 1997 & happened to omit-the-twin-towers. So in a way, it became a representation of Manhattan in the years before & after the destruction of the WTC in September 2001.
